iphone & itunes question

When syncing my iphone to itunes it always performs a full backup, so it takes ages to pop just one new song onto it.
I expect its something simple to stop it performing full backup, any advise????

sorted that, now know how to get ringtones for free on the iphone as well.

Sod Itunes Mike. Use MediaMonkey. You'll still need to have Itunes installed but it allows you to drill deeper into the Iphone.
