Ipod connection for 53 reg?

I know there is one for the models that stereos have the update list but my doesnt so does anyone know of any alternatives?

I have a FM transmiter adapter but they are shyte.

aux in version £50 plus £2 delivery-allows ipod,mp3 player,anything with a headphone socket to play through radio
both digital quality

Found that cable but i take it i need somewere to plug that as im pretty show there isnt anywere on the standard stereo.
