ipod to clio

Help....

I am looking at buying an ipod to connect up to my car stereo but dont know the best way of doing it.

I have a Sony head unit with a CD changer - can I connect the ipod up using the aux on the head unit and what leads would i need.

Have any forum members managed to do this and if so, how?
