iPod to Computer Transfer HELP!

Hi there.

My brother wants his songs off his iPod onto his computer. He doesnt have the laptop he used to sync it so he cant use iTunes.

I did download a program but they have a 100 song limit on them.

Is there any that will just transfer his 800+ songs into 'My Documents' or something along them lines??
