Is ANY website worse than Cisco to use?

I don't think I've ever used such a disjointed, unhelpful, illogical and just plain stupid website as Cisco's.

Every single option on the screens are a million miles away from what you need or want. We've got a new 1841-SDSL router with SmartNET cover and I'm just after downloading the latest IOS image for it. Not difficult, not hard - but I'll have more luck selecting the right option with the monitor switched off...

Not even half-ten, and I feel a stiff drink is required!

Must admit though - Intel's download section does get on your tits. Just how many times do you have to confirm/accept or proceed to get the bloody file downloaded!

I had a problem a few week back with a keycode for a phone system upgrade. It was a saturday so couldnt contact our phone support guys. Went on the Nortel site, messed around registering etc, only to find it would take upto 5 days to approve my access to the area i needed WTF ?!

Have to use that at work a lot, it's awful. Usually have to find documents on it and it's next to impossible, that's if it's working, which it often isn't.
