Is it possible to twist my sub-frame?

Or any other part of my car for that matter? I was going to a wedding and was late, so parked in the first place I saw, however, the front left wheel was on a rampish bit, and the back left wheel was about 8 inches on the floor! Both right wheels were on the ground, but the rear one was up inside the arch quite a bit. Could that cause damage to anything?
