Hello, we try to answer all the calls we get during our opening hours. We have occasionally missed a call due to a phone battery dying or too much noise from cars being moved around but we do not leave any phone to ring out. We would have to be incredibly stupid to ignore our main source of contact with customers!
If we are away at a show we put the answer phone on but it will only deal with one call at a time and we have 2 lines so there is a chance the phone will continue to ring. But if you were to try again you would more than likely get the answer phone.
I must apologise to anyone who has called during work hours and we have missed their call, but as a rule if you try again straight away we will get the call.
Dash, if missing a phone call is a reason to not use a company then so be it. Because we may have missed a call it will not effect the service we provide or the quality of our parts, we are only human at the end of the day and we do try our best.
