Is K-tc open on Sat





In my experience they dont answer it Monday - Friday, so your chances of getting through on a Saturday is pretty slim.

I wont be using them then. One negative comment on a company is enough to look elsewhere.

A few is two too many. I would simply move on to the next advert in a car mag to spend my thousands.

The 4th ring is the customer you didnt get.

although the service you get generally is excellent - but they are always very busy - in my opinion it may well be worth persevering to get in touch!

Its a shame they dont answer their phone if they offer a good service. In my opinion one should not have to persevere.

With every negative comment they will become less busy.

So persevere.

I had a problem with them but they were away for the weekend for a show. They could have an aswerphone message informing people that they are away or with the opening times. I know they would not want people to leave messages as they would have to return the calls but some info would have been nice, rather than listening to it ring for ages!

However when I did get through I did get some seriously good service!

Hello, we try to answer all the calls we get during our opening hours. We have occasionally missed a call due to a phone battery dying or too much noise from cars being moved around but we do not leave any phone to ring out. We would have to be incredibly stupid to ignore our main source of contact with customers!

If we are away at a show we put the answer phone on but it will only deal with one call at a time and we have 2 lines so there is a chance the phone will continue to ring. But if you were to try again you would more than likely get the answer phone.

I must apologise to anyone who has called during work hours and we have missed their call, but as a rule if you try again straight away we will get the call.

Dash, if missing a phone call is a reason to not use a company then so be it. Because we may have missed a call it will not effect the service we provide or the quality of our parts, we are only human at the end of the day and we do try our best.

Good call from David, sometimes Id sacrifice a bit of time on the phone if everything is gonna work out ok at the end, realising that theyre only human keeps it real too, you gets me?

It is good to see that you try to keep missed calls to a minimum. I was simply pointing out that you cannot offer a service however good to a customer you didnt get.

As you say, you are only human, and I expect too much. My apologies if I sounded sl*gging.

Dash, I completely understand what you are saying about missing a customer and I hope we have not missed the chance of having you as a potential customer. The same goes for anyone elses call we may have missed.
