Is PSN busted?

I have 3 PS3's under my bed.. It's a real pain in the arse trying to keep them all updated.


Seriously though, I'm slowly getting fed up of the numerous updates, last one was only so it could put a few new added icons in the XMB menu and a warning for epilepsy when you switch it on.. Besides this, am I the only one to notice they've f**ked up and have 2 menu icons for the PSN store in 2 different places??

I have to agree with this comment lol, every update seems to add more random crap.

LOL at psn being slow, when i download the updates i get a solid 2mb per sec transfer rate ( same as i get on the pc when downloading) so not exactly what i would call slow ...

It's always busted. Download speeds are pathetic at the best of times. Doesn't come close to utilising even 2% of my internet connection.

No problems with PSN for me, my router was dying on Friday so that explained my disconnections!

So 5 minutes downloading it on your pc is more effort than waiting 1-3 hours for it to download over PSN? Do you own a DeLorean?

yeah but it involves f**k arsing around with it to go on the ps3 for half an hour here and there. or i just turn the xbox on and its done, never any issues..... also i never have lag or disconnection issues on the xbox.

On PSN, it was an area you could control an avatar and wander about a virtual world and supposedly drop in to different areas and games/activities. When I logged on to have a look there was f**k all to do and it was full of stalkers desperately following any female avatar about sex pesting it.
