Is this a Handbrake cable and another tbd cable

Hi, can someone tell me what cables these are please?

I bought a job lot of parts off ebay as it had a few parts in that I wanted/needed. There is loads of bits and i'm trying to work out what they are. Thanks.

Ok, spotted a part number. white one is a 172 handbrake cable so no use to me as mines a 182. still no idea what the other one is.
