Is this covered under warranty?

Hi chaps I have a 55 plate 182 under 3 years old. Anyway I had a problem with the ABS and ESP lights coming on. I have been round checking and cleaning the ABS sensors and noticed that the rear shocker is wet (leaking) would it be worth just taking the car to Reno? would both problems be covered under warranty?

The ABS problem will be covered, i imagine the shocker will be covered too as it isn't a wear and tear item really.

shockers are rarely covered as it is classed as wear and tear. The esp issue will be covered.
