It doesn't look your typical rust...but whats under there?!

Would rather not scrape it all up for nothing...

Thanks northloop...just odd the rest is really smooth and this little section is randomly really rippled

Rust would struggle to lift the tar sound deadening mate. Once it's down, it's down.
