Is tracking part of a 12k service?

Check isn't included, check would be FREE, adjustment would be PANTS DOWN TIME AGAIN.

Nope - no kerbies on mine, though I do have a little scratch when I got too close once! It's just a habit from my GT days - within a year I'd have one wheel heading north while the other went east. A check on the tracking proved it to be out, a slight change and it was railroad straight. Well, for a few months at least! ;)

12k service is an oil change.........thats it !! - ok they may top your levels up and check certain areas of the car but thats it !!

Lol, most expensive ink/stamp in history. £250 for oil, oil filter and air filter. Oh and a s**t wash.

Supplying your own oil and swapping the filter for a long life filter like ITG will bring down future costs.

Got the ITG in already. I don't want them grit-riddled feckers washing it either.... Hadn't thought about getting the oil myself, but I'm not sure if I can be arsed....

It's an expense I could really do without at this time of year! ;)

£70odd from totalbutler if they still do the deal for 24lts. 4.5lts per service, so you should get a few services out of that. Saves paying £40+ per service for oil

REMEMBER THIS THOUGH

Its ok taking your car to a non renault garage because its cheaper, but Renault mechanics are trained to spot certain common faults that occur on most Renault models + they have info on re-calls that may involve your particular model of vehicle. Your best bet is to take it to an independant Renault specialist that will use genuine parts on your service and repairs. Also the guys that work there will almost definately have Renault training - if they havent look elsewere. This will result in cheaper maintenance costs but the same quality of work as a Renaullt dealer
