Issue after replacing the battery

  Renault Clio 2020
Hi all,
I got my cars battery replaced Yesterday.
AFter they turn the engine one, after 10 seconds, all the electronics go off, and then get back, but the MultiMedia screen stays off, and I can't use the AC. It stays like this for the rest of the time.

I’m not entirely sure and hopefully someone else will be along shortly to help but I’m wondering if the car needs to be told it’s got a new battery…

Did you fit it yourself?

I did it through the official Renault service under the warranty.
Could it be that they have missed it? How can I check myself?

Take it back to them.

Or try disconnecting the negative for 10 minutes, when you reconnect, turn the ignition on but don't start it. It should say on the dash "New battery installed yes/no".

Use the stalk controls to select yes and hold the button in.

That's what it does on the Mégane, so assuming it's similar on the Clio.
