Jacking points for 182

  L'arctic Bleu Clio 182FF
Does anyone know (or have a link) to a list of all the correct jacking points for the 182?...
Want to get it up soon but never jacked it up!...
Thanks!

Indeed.

Go up to the search function, search 182 jacking points and there was a thread about a week ago.

Or look in your manual.

There are slots under the car where the jack goes into and then a rounded section for car lifts? iirc

I use two trolly jacks on mine as yet to find anywhere to put axle stands on the front

I had it up on the rear axle beam, used two axle stands equally spaced and seemed fine (after i'd originally jacked it up using sill and standard jack).... sills are ok too, if you use the standard jack. Mechanics etc always use trolley jacks on the sills, and so far they seem to be holding up... still makes me uncomfortable though! :S

It depends what head you have on the jack. My trolley jack munches the sills. I use the two beams now central to the car

I have the same problem with mine. as the chassis is the same.

With the extra weight of mine have decided to make a wooden block that will go over the sills and sit on my trolly jack to stop the sills from being bent. There is not many other places to jack on with a vee because of the underbody covers and aliminium suspension arm's

Thats exactly my problem too,as after many times jacking up the car for different things my trolley jack has demolished the sill jacking points so will be using different ones in the future
gonna try and knock the crumpled metal bck into shape somehow

Use a trolley jack to raise it. Drive it onto a block of wood to raise it up a bit so you can get the trolley jack under it, then go from there.

You do not have to jack it under the sills.
