Jacking points

Are anyone elses jacking points bent and ruptured to buggary or was the previous owner of my car just lazy with the jack?

Is it possible to replace the jacking points or re-inforced them somehow?

mine are okish on my old they were bent to hell from previous owner, you can jack in other places tho

Mine were ok with the car jack, however when I used a hydraulic jack the drivers side one bent.....

Hammer and a dolly, block of wood etc to straighten the sills

Lick of paint if they're bare metal, job done

can someone post a photo of a good place to safely jack the car up without damaging anything? Which part of the chassis rail should I use?

its the bit of box section under the car, about a trolley jacks length under
