java problem?

I'm trying to veiw a virtual tour on houses, but when trying to do so, it says i need to download the latest version of it, ( which i already have ) but i do as it says and download it, but everytime i try to view the virtual tour it keeps repeating this process.

any ideas on why its doing it and how to fix it? do i need to alter something on my laptop?

Clear your cache and try opening the page again.

deleted tempory internet files and made no difference
