Jpeg to Vector *Help*

i NEED to get a jpeg image into a vector format, if anyone can do this for me ideally using Corel then you would be a lifesaver!

And cheers 4 the info Daz i did think that, but the file i have is large and simple with only 2 colours. So i think they shud cope easily
