Anything more than standard on fronts is too dark to be illegal iirc, as clios windows are tinted from the factory.

Applied Tints who done my car in 3M film 3 weeks ago will not fit tint film to the front windows of cars. it is not legal. And you are up sh-it creek if you cause an accident.

The front windows need to let through a minimum of 70% light, you can even tint you're windscreen but that has to let through a minimum of 75% light. Check it on the VOSA website.

The front windows are much lighter than the back ones, it's just a funny angle. The bloke at TintR said that the front on my car is 35% and any more the police can prosecute or something.

Agreed , but most people tint their fronts with a very light tint but they dont take into account if they already have tinted glass. this will usually take you over the % limit, be careful its dodgy ground, thats why the windscreen has a % for OE tinted glass. ;)
