Anyone looking for car mats, give a company called Autosynergy, who sell on Ebay as customcarwizard, a big miss.
They are the most incompetent bunch of idiots I have ever come across.
They took my order and charged my card within 2 mins on a promise of next day delivery and it took 8 days.
When I phoned after 3 days, I was told they were "out for delivery" with DHL but they didn't have the tracking number available and would call me with it.
I phoned the following day and they denied ever taking my call and said that the parcel was "out for delivery" with DHL this time the gave me a tracking number. I entered it in DHLs tracking site and it didn't come up with a result that day, the following day (Friday) it showed the parcel had been collected an hour after my call, in other words they had failed to process my order.
When challenged they tried to blame DHL for losing the parcel. DHL don't deliver standard parcels on Saturday so I had to go and collect from the depot.
I phoned Autosynergy to voice my discontent and was given a massive pack of lies about what had been done and how everyone including me, was to blame...Nightmare people.
Sorry its a bit of a rant, but there is no point in saying don't buy from someone, without explaining why.
