Just tackling the Recaro seat resistor problem, easier than it should be lol?

So found a guide on here and thought I'd tackle it this afternoon... chucked a couple of resistors in the black connector no problem. Thought I'd check turning the car on, expecting one of the two lights to have gone out on the dashboard, only to find they've both gone out and everything seems perfect?

Just wondering why I seemingly don't have to put any in the grey connector as well, whereas everyone else seems to need to do so lol? Thanks...
