Just test drove 200!

Just got back from driving a clio 200 with cup pack and recaros at renault garage in glasgow. Absolutely amazing, totally different drive to my 182!

Was smiling the whole way round, and kind of got carried away and told to slow down, lol!

Just such a nice drive, pulls really nice, exhaust note is great for standard system and the recaros are so comfy!

Defo need one now,

197 cup suspension is a bit softer, but by that its not alot really.

and the 200 feels a little nippier but not by alot

Have you ever driven a 197?

Don't get a 197 go for the 200.... I've had both.. The 200 is a much better car imo. All the things I found bad with the 197 were sorted in the 200

Ive had the 200 for a few days- its brilliant with the cup pack chassis- epic!!

Stunning in Glacier White as well- I doubt it will last long on Pistonheads-

It's dangerous to go for a test drive... I bought mine when I was just going out for something to fill a Sat afternoon Having done a few test drives it was a totally different car to the 197 despite what some people on here would have you believe

The reason I ask is I've driven 2 197's now, and don't get me wrong think they're great cars.. But when I get back in the 172 afterwards I prefer the rawness of it.

Maybe the 200 is that much better?
