just wondering...colour coding

why do renault go to the trouble of colour coding bumper...side strips etc.... but they dont do the black strip in the rear bumper.....whats that about ??....i can see my car from where im sitting and its really bugging me !!

What I think is daft is colour coding bump strips at all!!

Let me explain. Black bump strips definately dont look that good but being unpainted means if you open the door onto a wall etc then you wont scrape any paint that is why they are bump strips.

So if they are painted you dont want them to get chipped?!?! In which case they arent bump strips any more. If that makes sense.

Doesnt mean I wouldnt have mine colour coded. lol
