haha you could never change a chip in a mobile phone

you need

uem chip
hot air gun and rework station
solider balls
uem remover and tweezers
rpl file with new imei that isnt blocked (you dont know which new imei are blocked)
then a flashing kit to flash the rpl file to the k750i - n-box or something like that

Changing the IMEI on the K750 is a piece of cake if you really need to do it. Theres plenty of tools and guides on the web that will show you how, without the need to change any hardware - DCU-60 lead will do it nicely.
