k800i help please!!

just got my k800i back from bein unlocked
and now when ppl call me or i call them, they can hear me but i cant hear them
but then when i turn on speakerphone i can hear them:S turn it off and i cant hear them again?!
anyone got any idea??

Only advice I can give is to get rid. It's the worst, most unreliable phone I have ever used.

unlocking can stuff them and it looks like it has. sorry
