K850 - Annoying Icon

got my replacement K850 through today, and along the top where the signal bar is, and the clock etc, ive got this little icon and im not sure what it is

its like someones face with an arrow next to it

its not a profile, or a voicemail

lol ive only had mine a few hours and im considering sticking it on ebay! unwanted upgrade, was gona give it a chance but its no really my thing. Too fidgity

I had that when I first got my phone, no fecker helped me out with the answer though!! It's nice to finally know what it was, luckily it went away when I changed the sim card.
