Kayak competition

First time shooting any type of watersports but i thought i'd have a go...all shot with D70s and sigma 18-50 (found i needed more length )

Nice shots mate. As with most sports photography, being able to really get in amongst the action is always nice. I never do sports stuff simply because I don't have a long enough lens.

Either that or get your wetsuit out lol

cheers. I shall be getting a longer lens within the next month so it's not too bad. My D70s looked poxy compared to some of the stuff there. plenty of D300s, saw the odd Canon 1d.
