Kenwood iPod Connector and holder?

Does anyone know of a Kenwood compatible iPod connector which also is a holder to hold the ipod?

I've got a nice little storage box in the Civic and I want to mount a little iPod holder in there which when I plug the iPod in will connect to the Kenwood headunit AND hold the ipod firmly??

Any ideas??
