key dossnt fit boot lock

hi guys, another problem with the valver.

the only lock i have on the car is on the boot and the key dossnt fit it.

i men it wont even go in the slot! how anoying is that when the key dossnt fit the slot:clown:

can i get a new one from renault?

can mine be fixed?
