Key fob wont work

My key fob stopped working the other day I went to go out it unlocked ok it then when I went to lock it , it didn't do anything I've changed the battery and still nothing the red light on the fob just flashes for a couple of seconds but then goes off keep having to lock it with the button on the dash then manually lock it from passenger ... any ideas

You can resync them, Google it and it should pickup a thread from the forum with the guide

I've tried the method where you hold the central locking button for 5 seconds or more and it's supposed to lock then unlock but it just activates the auto lock system

I’ve had this issue too, was you able to solve it ?
