Hi, I'm a 19 year old female and I've been going to the gym for about 6 weeks now, but haven't lost any weight. I go 5 days a week and usually do around 25 minutes on the cross trainer, 15 minutes on another piece of cardio equipment, 25 minutes on the power plate and 20 to 25 minutes doing weight machines. On the cardio equipment I burn at least 300 calories, sometimes 400. I haven't really changed my diet, but i don't think I eat too badly. When I get out of the gym it'll be around tea time so I'll go home and have something like spaghetti bolognase or chilli con carne.

Please could someone explain to me why I'm not losing weight and sugest things that could help...
