knock knock from my cup

Got a slight annoying problem with my cup at the moment it tings/pings under braking and when turning the steering wheel any ideas guys????

mine does exact same. i posted comments in thread on this to do with steerin rack. but thinking its actually driveshaft. waiting for some advice tho! have a butchers.
