Knocking at rear

Car  FPOS Productions™ 172 FR
Morning chaps.

Just alittle advise please.
noticed (more so last night) that when i turn on a roundabout, ive started to get a knock/thud type noise from the rear. you can also feel it around 40-50mph. ive been advised that the rear bearings are sounding abit "boomie" by the chaps at Birchdown, could this knocking/thud be a result of the rear bearings getting worse?

done a search, but cant seem to see any matching issues.

(New rear disc's with bearings due to be fitted next week)

Thanks in advance.
