Knocking noise

Hello all

When I reverse from my drive way on full lock, there is a knock coming from I think somewhere in the middle section maybe under the handbrake area. This knock also occurs when I go over a speed bump or a bump in the road. As well as this I have also noticed an increased noise in the car from the road and can sometimes can be a struggle to hear someone talking when you are on a smooth motorway at around 60-70mph. This cabin noise is also noticeable cruising around at 30-40mph as well.
any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's all the neighbours cats ur running over ......... Could be a worn lower mount and the engines hitting the subframe and on the motorway at speed it's just vibrating against it .... Or a doggy strut top but doubt ud hear it on the motor way
