Knocking/scrape noise when turning

Hi,

Had this for about a week now but thought nothing of it, but now its more noticeable.

At lower speeds when the cars on almost full lock it makes some sort of knocking/scrape noise, doesnt affect the car or turn but there must be something wrong somewhere.

Ive just had the front wheel bearings done, new lower suspension arms and also just had the car lowered on eibach sportlines.

Any ideas?

I thought this, as ive only usually heared it after starting the car when its all frozen up, but then today when parking it after about a 20mile trip it made the noise again, when the car had time to warm up etc.

Ive checked the sills for any debris though and theres nothing there.
