Knocking when accelerating from stationary

I’m getting an annoying knocking sound when I pull off from stationary. It’s a single knock and sounds/feels like it’s coming from the front right, around the top mount.

I’m thinking the issue is the top mount but I wanted to check if anyone had any other ideas? They’ve never seem to sit correctly to me, but I’ve never found a definitive answer regarding that.

I’ve added a few photos to show how the mounts currently sit.

Any help much appreciated. This is on a 182 Trophy.

Those are aids and can knock.

If the engine mount on the drivers side isn't positioned correctly it can cause a knock.

I chased a knock for ages and it was the engine mount nut coming loose.

I had the same on a 172

I think so. I’m pretty sure the knock was there before I replaced them, so I’m hoping it isn’t that.
I might order these top mounts and see if that helps at all. If not, then I’ll move on to the engine mounts.
