knocking

hi when im driveing over small pot holes at low speed i can hear a knocking sound from the front and its p***ing me off now. has any had same problem, and what was the solution. or any ideas what it might be??

hi just been to get some and theres 2 different sizes 10 or 12 mm any 1 know what size ill need?

Track Rod end, Balljoint, ARB bushes(one of my bolts had snapped), topmount, damper. Its a big list. My ARB looked fine, you really had to pry it down to see it was sheered, the nut was still on the bottom and the head of the bolt was still in the top. Looked perfectly fine from first inspection.
