KONI ADJUSTABLE DAMPERS

i have these on my 172 cup but need to replace them Koni have said they dont fit the cup and i would have to of had them modifiyed to fit my car!! has anyone else been told this?

i know a couple of people who have used koni adjustables on a cup, and they definately didn't modify them to fit.

did you call koni direct, or a supplier?

are 172 shocks and 172 cup shocks not the same part?

172/172cup/182 are all the same

182cup/182 with cup packs are different

On the Koni website there are two different part numbers listed for front shocks- one for 172's and another for 182's.

So perhaps one of those does fit a 182 Cup, otherwise why two different fittments??? :S

If you look on koni uk's site under one of the menu's they list companies in the uk who will recondition the koni units. Can't remeber their name but they charge around £65 per damper.
