Koni Shock Won't Adjust

As title. I fitted some front Koni shocks this weekend and stupidly went to the dump and got rid of my old ones :banghead:.

I went to play with the damper stifness settings today and one of them only adjusts 180degrees of movement out of a possible 720degrees.

Any possible fixes for this or is it definately faulty and therefore needs to be replaced? I know it probably the latter but I just wanted to check!

My mate had a set that lasted approximately 1 hour before they packed up.

Can't be any worse than the crap renault supply. My rear ones were totally wrecked
