What to replace the shocks on my 172 cup.

As the originals are hard to come by now I’m starting to look at alternatives.

I realise B14s are a good choice but I want something that I can fit and send.

Anyone used the konis?

Any feedback?

I had kw v2 on my first cup - which are Koni top adjustables with kw badges.

Ran the rear at full stiff and dialled the fronts to suit my preference.

They work very well. Actually quite a supple ride quality when they’re not set to full stiff as well.

They the same as the Koni yellows?

I’ve got Koni on the back of my Mk1, I had them on the Cosworth and I’ve had them on a cup. (Many many years ago!) Can’t fault them.

Had koni yellows in a few cars over the years and pretty decent. I have a set of rear 182 koni yellows in the lockup off the trophy.
