thinking of getting myself as above ^^^ and was wondering if any1 already has them and what they r like .. would u recommend??

also how hard are they 2 fit??

I got them on my cup mate for general driving they are ok took my and a mate of here around 4 hours to fit and i have never fitted anything like this before and reckon i could do it myself now. I have a few pics in the media section of them fitted

Got them fitted to my 172, they are real good setup, ensure you have the correct springs with them, mine were fitted with 275lb springs on the front, but they soon rectified it by fitted 225lb springs and it rides a lot better now, and not bouncing all over the shop yea so long as you have the right tools, couple of hours to fit
