Ktec silencer decat

Says 6-7bhp and I've heard decays on 172s aren't great.

Also I've got a super sport stealth so only a single box.

Anyone got one or using this decat? I'm guessing it keeps some back pressure so that's why it works better than a standard decat

I've got the k-tec silenced de-cat with k-tec stealth with middle silencer. I found it freed up the revs, no noticeable power increase but as you say there quoting 6-7 bhp. Don't know the difference between a normal de-cat to the silenced one. I just went silenced as I didn't want a really loud exhaust system.

Okay cool. It's for the race car so I'm not worried bout noise along as it is sub 102db at 5k
