I would danny but i dont wanta make the same mistake s the apex, i want it low but not as hard and crashy as the apex but lower than the eibach
 
If its lower than the eibach then it will need to be harder or it will run out of travel on big bumps.

So basically what you want isnt possible on a standard shock realistically I suspect.
 
Apparently cooksport (trader on here) are creating their own springs, which might be right up your street. Check on them!
