Avocent SwitchView is the best.. 1u.

It's the one I recommend to all of my clients who need this sort of thing:

Unless you need KVM-over-IP, then this is your best bet IMO (providing it's all in a rack..)

Thats not bad, but you will need a nice 1u pullout KVM display to go with it
