Lambda Sensor

Could someone please confirm if both the lambda sensor should be giving a reading out on start up, as ive connected my laptop into my car and sensor 2 (lambda 2) doesnt appear to be giving a read out

Could someone please tell me what reading they should be giving out and how they work?

IE should both of the be giving readings?

they should both be giving readings are both connected do you have both what car is it what computer are you using to check?
