laptop fubar'd?

im running in safe mode at the moment?

When i boot it up all is fine. Loads to home screen then the minute i click anything it crash's then i have to re-boot.

Doesnt give me the option to go from last safe settings so WTF?

any heklp appreciated.

Have you done a system restore in 'safe mode' to when you laptop was last working fine?

Also try a virus scan whilst in safe mode too.

have you installed any new programs recently?

Of course what ive just said is all pretty basic but give it a go.
