Laptop Overheating

I've had my trusty laptop a couple of years now and it's been great, but just lately it's started shutting down randomly. I'm assuming it's overheating, maybe because of a build-up of dust inside the unit!?!?

I was hoping some of you guys may have a better idea, and maybe some advice as what to do.

It's a Packard Bell mate, had it about 2 years now.

download speedfan to keep an eye on temps. mine overheats and powers down sometimes if i play games on the internet.
