laptop > printer wireless

1) Buy a wireless router that allows you to attach a usb printer - there are some available if you look around

2) You'd have to have an always-on server-pc with the printer attached to that and the PC connected to the router.
 
Try telling us your setup first... if its a usb printer, just plug the bugger into your laptop!
 
well.... its just a normal dell 720 printer, can i get one of those usb wireless things so i can have it wireless from my laptop , or is it not that simple
 
i went to sharing and it started searching and said it couldnt connect, and to run the wizard again or to conect manually and now this is all it shows and it doesnt work

did you share the printer first? or just use that wizard. you need to do it on the main pc first.
 
sorry cant seem to get the pic any bigger , i ran the wizard on my main pc where the printer is connected, had my laptop on to
