Laptop stuck on Microsoft corporation boot screen

tried startup repair - said it fixed it but it hasn't

Safe mode - wont boot

Last known good - wont boot

What should I try next? Thanks

It depends. If you dont need data from the HDD then do a reinstall of Windows and see how you get on. It may fail and highlight other issues or may work and job done.

If you do need data, then buy a 2nd HDD and fit it, then install Windows on that and plugin the current HDD via a USB caddy.

Will it boot from a boot CD like hiren?

Try doing a hdd self test within the bios to make sure the hard drives not dead first.
