Laptop upgrade

is there any way to upgrade the performance of my laptop?? eg graphics, processor, ram??

I wouldn't mind knowing how to do this as well

My laptop (Acer ASPIRE) is running a 2.00ghz Amd Turion Processor with a120gb hard drive and 1gb of ddr ram.

And i want to know how to get more ram, hard disk etc

Is an upgrade easy enough ?
